Investors Shun Biotech Stocks

Earlier this week, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500, the Nasdaq and the Russell 2000 all closed at record highs. This market is on a mission, and now we are in what is historically the most profitable time of the year. According to The Stock Trader's Almanac, the three-month stretch from November through January tends to be the most consistently profitable time of the year.

Bull markets extend their lifespans via sector rotation, and that means some sectors rise while others fall. Among those falling is energy, as I indicated earlier this week.
