JD.com Has Serious Breakout Potential

One of the hottest Chinese names of late has been favorite JD.com (JD) , which we see had a power move on Wednesday.

This stock surged on higher volume, a sign of institutional buying. The moving average convergence divergence (MACD) has now crossed over for a bullish signal (with follow-through).

Relative strength shows a very nice and steep slope here.

The gap from August has been filled, and new highs are likely to come with the momentum this stock has displayed. We like JD for a move past $50 on the near-term horizon.
