Last week I was traveling through Europe, which included bookending my trip with stops in London for a few days, and I have to say it was an experience filled with crowded airports, long lines at exhibits and attractions as well as tourists plunking down to eat and shop.

Despite what we are hearing about the China economy, travelers from that country were out and about, and spending, as were others from Japan, India and other countries. It would seem the moves to stimulate those economies over the last few months, which have made their currencies cheaper relative to the dollar and pound sterling, have "worked."
