Deal Delay Minor Obstacle for Zimmer

Zimmer Holdings' (ZMH) shares are off 5% in the past week after the company reduced its earnings expectations related to the modest delay of the Biomet acquisition, as well as the negative foreign exchange effects on both the core business and the accretion from the Biomet business.

We believe this is only a short-term hiccup and that investors should take advantage of this weakness to start a new position or add to an existing one.
