Linear Technology downgraded at StifelLLTC was downgraded from Buy to Hold, Stifel Nicolaus said. Checks show slower order growth.
Stifel downgrades LLTC to Hold from Buy. Following its checks leading to the end of the quarter, further supported by the ISM report issued before the market open yesterday, orders have slowed following 3 consecutive months (beginning in the month of December) of growth in the index (of which, 2 quarters were above 53, suggesting healthier bookings). In addition to weak ISM data, firm also continues to observe weaker macroeconomic data points from China, which it believes could be causing the semiconductor supply chain to take a cautious approach to inventory levels and build rates.
