As rates return to normal, these three names should get a lift.

At the time, I'm comfortable with my policy.
Currently, only five out of 77 stocks I have mentioned recently are eligible to buy, down from nine out of 74 in mid-January.
These four names are emerging from earnings season with continued strength and favorable outlooks.
