How long does my free trial last?

TheStreet offers 14 and 30-day free trials so you can test drive our service to see if it fits your investing needs. 

 

Will I be billed for a trial?

No.  Our trials are free for the number of days advertised.  You will not be charged until the subscription begins.

 

Why do I need to provide a credit card for my free trial?

TheStreet sometimes requires that a credit card be used to secure your free trial.  At the end of the trial, your paid subscription will start and will renew monthly or annually (depending on your choice upon signing up for the trial) unless we hear from you. 

 

How do I cancel?

You may cancel your trial or membership at any time by simply calling us toll-free at 866-321-8726 Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm ET. Once we receive your call, your trial will be immediately canceled or your membership will no longer auto-renew and you will not incur any additional charges. You will also receive an email confirmation for your records.  You can see our Terms of Use for more details. 

 

How do I change my contact information or email address?

Login into your account and click on My Account, or call our Customer Service Department at 866-321-8726 for additional assistance. 

 

Do you offer other billing cycles besides monthly?

We offer annual or monthly billing on the majority of our services. 

 

Can I get a discount if I buy multiple services?

How can I pay for my service?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.  For annual subscriptions, your Account Representative can help you with a check payment option as well.  You can call them at 800-706-2501. 

 

Do you provide membership plans beyond a single year?

Your Account Representative can work out a longer-term membership plan to suit your needs.  Please contact them at 800-706-2501 for assistance.

 

Is my information protected and is it shared with anyone else or sold?

Yes, it is protected and we do not share or sell our information to anyone else.  See our Privacy Policy for additional information. 

 

Can I upgrade my membership at any time?

Absolutely!  Contact your Account Representative  at 800-706-2501 for personalized service.

 

Can I share my membership with a friend?
