Parsing Out the 'Fiscal Cliff' Scenarios
Moody's was back out on the tape last week, discussing the potential for a downgrade of the U.S.'s credit rating. The rating service still assigns American Treasuries its top "Aaa" rating -- unlike the firm's primary competitor, Standard & Poor's, which downgraded the U.S. one notch lower than the top level last August.
