Watching the Dow for an Entry Point

Today, I'd like to talking about knowing when to place a bet on the Dow Jones Industrial Index (INDU) and the Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF (DIA).

Before you start thinking "this lady is crazy," I am not suggesting that anyone step in front of a moving freight train ... especially a fast one.
