Washington Aims to 'Fix' Music Industry

While there are many things an investor has to be mindful of one area that can be a sea change event is a change in the regulatory environment. We've seen this before with engine emission regulations, brake regulations and others that have resulted in a pull forward in demand ahead of compliance dates. Such a demand surge benefitted truck and engine manufactures such as Paccar (PCAR), Navistar (NAV) and Cummins (CMI) in the past.
