Expect More Downside
Tuesday's trading was particularly interesting. An early move to the upside was trumpeted by some as a breakout yet, before the day was over, all the gains became losses. Market highs are often made in just that manner and termed one-day reversals. But the lack of volume makes the action somewhat less dramatic. The next few days will be particularly informative, as we see if the break was legitimate. That would necessitate heavier downside volume and wider trading ranges.
