The much-discussed outflow of capital from bonds has slowed during the past few sessions. Yields have fallen ever so slightly on the 10-year and 30-year Treasuries, marking not a reversal but perhaps a pause. Moves are more sustainable when they're allowed to retrace, and some backing and filling is in order.
