This Looks Like a High Point
Since the markets are right up to the highs of last March and April, one might hope for a breakout and the start of a new advance. However, as I have said repeatedly in the last two weeks, the lack of volume, the lack of price movement, the lack of fear and the low Arms Index readings all suggest that this is a high point, at least for a while.
