Back to the Roaring '90s
It is the 1990s again as Cisco (CSCO), Home Depot (HD), American International Group (AIG), International Paper (IP) and Tyco International (TYC) run to new recent highs. The bears were excited early as the opening gap up was sold, but all that did was set the stage for a short squeeze higher.
