Concur Technologies (CNQR) provides travel and expense management services to companies through a "cloud" software solution. After a late-day earnings release on Wednesday, shares of the stock were down early yesterday and have continued lower in today's session on a Goldman Sachs downgrade to Sell from Neutral and a revised $56.00 price target. The stock is testing a long-term uptrend line, and a break of that resistance could take the stock back down to that target level, which is currently in the area of the 200-day moving average.
