Maddening for Everyone
If your bias is currently bullish or bearish, you're probably not too happy at the moment. The recent price action is causing all but the most nimble traders some pain. I like to think that I'm a pretty good trader, but I equate recent equity trading with having my hand repeatedly slammed in a car door. The market has been oscillating in a zigzag pattern under the overhead resistance line. The average stock is underperforming and the internal structure of the market is moving toward a disorderly state. The struggle between engrained bearish sentiment and excess liquidity has manifested itself in a volatile price environment for equity prices.
