Healthcare Names to Chew On

Right now any investment in healthcare would bring regulation risk, as the Obama administration is heavily involved in this sector, to say the least. However, this involvement has done little to slow the sector over the longer term.

For me, when I'm considering a buy in this group, the key takeaway is that I need to spread out my risk. You must understand that these names are going to be volatile, even though they carry beta that's slightly lower than the broader market. There will be gaps when you hold these names -- gaps higher, and gaps lower. There will be intraday spikes and drops as news hits. It is going to happen.
