Novice Trade: Ulta Beauty

Now that Ulta Beauty  (ULTA) has popped well above $300 and settled down I expect the stock to creep higher. The implied volatility (IV) is cheap enough that as the underlying rallies there will not be very much room to smash the premium.

I can buy July 7, 310 calls that have a month to expire for less than 2% of the cost of the stock itself. These are right at the money so I like the value proposition, if ULTA simply touches its post-earnings high just over $314.00.
