A Lackluster Performance
The bulls will call it a victory because they managed slight positive action despite the European elections. The bears will call it an anemic oversold bounce that did nothing to change the negative technical picture that has been developing.
Breadth was positive with about 3000 gainers to 2500 losers, but volume was light and we closed poorly.
