More words from across the pond and this time with no subtlety. The European Central Bank (ECB) is willing to do what it takes --  along with what seems like every other central bank in the world. It's the same sweet song bulls keep hearing time and time again. Still, those words can weigh on commodities as the dollar gets stronger and it benefits the financials.

Goldman Sachs (GS) has been struggling as of late, but the tide may be about to turn on GS. We are finally seeing some movement out of consumer staples and utilities, whose charts and sectors I highlighted last week.
