Today's an extreme. Caterpillar (CAT) was downright downbeat about what's happening, and I can see that Brazil and China have slowed. I can see that mining equipment has become tougher because of the collapse of coal prices. Still, though, I think things are looking brighter if only because the U.S. nonresidential construction is getting stronger, and both Brazil and China can turn their economies around with interest rate cuts.
