The retail sector has performed well in this market, but there are always winners and losers within every market grouping. Last week's bleak U.S. retail sales report, which showed an overall decline of 0.4% for the month of March, failed to put a damper on the shares of many apparel stores. Quite a few of the familiar names at your local mall have fine looking charts, but one in particular stands out.

Some retailers have taken to blaming the weather for recent softness in same-store sales, but cold and stormy weather hasn't presented a problem for this name. I'm talking about the stock that was formerly known as the Limited Brands.
