This week's Summit of the Americas in Cartagena, Columbia will be remembered not for discussions on international trade, but for allegations of sexual misconduct by U.S. Secret Service Agents. President Obama seemed embarrassed, as he decried the media's coverage of flashy news instead of focusing on matters of greater substance.
