Little Reason to Buy Now
The Dow Jones Industrial Average finished the day up nearly 80 points, the S&P 500 was flat and breadth was solidly positive, but there was an awful lot to dislike about the action today.
The most obvious problem was the extremely weak action in Apple (AAPL), Priceline (PCLN) as well as a slew of other big-cap momentum names. AAPL and PLCN led the market for much of the first quarter. The dip-buyers just couldn't get enough of them but that support just suddenly disappeared in the last few days.
