Mosaic's Breakdown Could Worsen

Fertilizer group Mosaic (MOS) has been having a rough time of late, with some skepticism over economic growth across the globe.

After a super strong run post election, the sellers have emerged with a vengeance. On Wednesday, we saw Mosaic falling under some support on heavier turnover.

That is a negative signal; the last stand would be the 200-day moving average just below. If that fails, we'll see the stock come back to test the November lows, around the $23 area. That would be 18% lower than Wednesday's close.
