China Gaming Stocks on Fire
The Chinese gaming sector has been on fire lately, notably NetEase.com (NTES) and Perfect World (PWRD).
Perfect World has been a difficult stock for me. I was long the stock last year around this time when the stock traded around $20. I felt it was undervalued and had a nice slate of games coming out for the balance of 2011. But the company had a series of bad announcements with excessive costs and anemic growth.
