Don't Forget the Regional Banks
As everyone knows by now, the financial sector has clearly broken higher, but that doesn't mean you have to rush to buy up the large money-center banks. Sure, they are still possibilities and can be bought, but the regional banks are just as likely to move as much or more than the large caps.
One way to measure the regionals is via the iShares Dow Jones US Regional Index (IAT), which shows a 15.5% straight-up move over the past nine trading days.
