Say 'Bye Bye' to These Brazil Stocks

Maybe Brazilian stocks should focus on fuel cells or something, because they cannot find any buying whatsoever. You can't blink your eyes or scroll through a few tweets from traders without seeing one of these fuel-cell names mentioned. Try to find anyone talking about Brazil.

Could Vale (VALE) be finding a bottom? That's been a question almost as dangerous to ask as has Plug Power (PLUG) found a top? Those who have tried to catch the bottom on VALE have been punished. You may not be able to spell value without VALE, but you can spell gains without VALE. The one plug here for the bulls may be the extreme oversold reading in the CCI. The past two times we've seen this, VALE has bounced a bit. Unfortunately, those bounces, which occurred over the following four or five days, simply proceeded moves to new lows. Vale could get back up to test $13.70, but this rounding top will likely worry many people. Not only is there resistance at $13.05, but also the aforementioned $13.70 and then $14.50 as well. Not much in the daily chart has me interested in VALE.
