Understanding the Market Skeptics

It's been said that markets climb a wall of worry, and the current rally is no exception. This past week, one commentator after another has suddenly declared that the stock rally is in trouble, yet the markets continue to march higher. What factors have caused such skepticism?

Other than the past week, when I shifted to neutral, I've been bullish this year. I haven't turned bearish, I'm just trying to view the charts objectively and react accordingly.
