Novice Trade: Nike

I'm not sure how much longer traders will be able to keep the leash on Nike (NKE). The stock has such good legs to it. Yes, it's been down, but remember, the good names always outperform the weak links in both selloffs and rallies. Now that the good money has been sold to cover the bad, my guess is that the bad keeps dropping and the cream rises to the top.

Nike is one of those names that I expect to rise. That said, it could be bumpy on the way up,  and IV is super high in NKE. The stock is set up to have earnings sometime around March 17... or potentially in the following week. Either way I like it to rally into the end of March and with earnings around then, vol should be stable....60 more words left in this article.
