He's an outsider: a Canadian in the U.K. He's not an elected official, and he won't assume office until June. Yet, this morning, incoming Bank of England Governor Mark Carney demonstrated why a Canadian may be the most powerful person in the U.K. In doing so, he may have inadvertently created an opportunity for those who want to enter a trade that we initiated on Real Money Pro last week.
