3 After-Hours Plays

I have no problem sitting on my hands through earnings tonight. Emotions feel like they are starting to run a bit higher. I know many folks are just staring at their computer screens post-Fed, trying to make sense of the action. And this is some big whipsaw action. Normally, I would probably take a shot at Facebook (FB), Qualcomm (QCOM) or even Visa (V), but I would rather take my chances in the after-hours with any of these names. Still, I do the charts for my own study and I know some folks out there will be trading these names, so here goes.

Facebook will likely be the most active name. I'm looking at $59 on the upside, but a miss and I believe we retrace this entire recent breakout and head all the way back down to $47. At first, I thought these targets might be a bit out there, but then I saw the options are pricing in a move around 10.75%, which puts the resistance and support levels into line with the option pricing. I would likely look to buy FB on a drop towards $47, but not through. I might consider a short near $59, but this one certainly can find momentum, so I am less likely to do that this time around....155 more words left in this article.
